At Nairobi Appliances Limited, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, replacements, and refunds.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 2 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The customer no longer wants the item, provided it is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or installed products
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Clearance or discounted products, unless defective

Return Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Nairobi Appliances Limited will cover return shipping costs
  • If the customer is returning an unwanted item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method, where possible
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If a replacement is preferred, we may replace the returned product with:

  • The same product, subject to availability, or
  • Another item of equal value
