At Nairobi Appliances Limited, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, replacements, and refunds.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 2 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- The product was delivered damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The customer no longer wants the item, provided it is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and uninstalled
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or installed products
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Clearance or discounted products, unless defective
Return Costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Nairobi Appliances Limited will cover return shipping costs
- If the customer is returning an unwanted item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method, where possible
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
If a replacement is preferred, we may replace the returned product with:
- The same product, subject to availability, or
- Another item of equal value
