Nairobi Appliances Limited is a supplier of home and kitchen appliances, serving customers within Nairobi and across Kenya. These terms apply to all sales conducted in-store, via phone, or through any of our platforms.
2. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We aim to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update pricing without prior notice.
3. Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received or upon agreement with our sales team. Nairobi Appliances reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Payments
We accept payments via M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash. Orders will only be processed after payment has been confirmed unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery
We offer delivery services within Nairobi and to other parts of Kenya under the following terms:
- Nairobi Deliveries: Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi at a flat rate of KES 1,000
- Outside Nairobi: Delivery is completed within 72 hours via courier service at a flat rate of KES 1,000
Delivery timelines begin once the order has been confirmed and payment processed. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring availability to receive the order.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
- The request is made within a reasonable time
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
7. Warranty
Most products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms and duration vary depending on the product and brand. Customers are advised to retain receipts and warranty documentation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nairobi Appliances Limited shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased.

- Using products according to manufacturer guidelines
- Ensuring proper handling and maintenance of appliances
